Communication

Communication is important to us at school.
We believe that strong home-school communication helps every child succeed. There are several ways we keep in touch with school - please make sure your contact details are always up to date, so you don’t miss any important messages. These can updated with the School Office and on our Permissions' Booklet, sent out at the start of the academeic year. 

Ways we communicate with you:

• Teacher2Parents Text Messaging – Quick updates and important reminders straight to your phone. We need your mobile phone number for these please. 

• Seesaw – View your child’s learning, class updates, and messages from the class teacher. 

• School Office – Contact us on 01633 612813 or email us at TySignPrimary@sch.caerphilly.gov.uk for any questions or information.

Seesaw – Sharing School Life with Families

At our school, we use the Seesaw app as a way to share classroom experiences and school events with parents and carers. Teachers regularly post photographs, updates, and examples of pupils’ work so you can see what your child is learning and enjoying during their time in school.

Please note that only staff can post on Seesaw – pupils do not upload content themselves. This helps us maintain a safe, secure, and age-appropriate platform while keeping you informed and connected to your child’s education.
